We are in search of a knowledgeable, driven, and self-directed individual to join the Collierville Factory Finance Team.

The successful candidate will possess a background in accounting and/or finance, coupled with a keen interest in supporting a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will provide essential financial support to the factory team, encompassing the monthly close and forecast processes, annual planning, variance analysis, KPI tracking and reporting, and identifying opportunities to enhance factory productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with the finance and factory operations team to develop an annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly risk and opportunity assessments.

+ Compile and present a weekly status report to factory leadership, emphasizing key risks and opportunities related to the quarterly forecast.

+ Evaluate factory performance and partner with the operations team to drive productivity improvements.

+ Prepare journal entries, ensuring accurate reporting of factory expenses in collaboration with department leaders.

+ Review month-end results and assist in the preparation of variance analysis reports for headquarters.

+ Ensure that financial information is prepared in compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley, and facilitate internal and external audits.

+ Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide support to plant leadership as required.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ MA/MS degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

+ Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

+ Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is advantageous.

+ Strong project management skills with a focus on detail and timely delivery of quality work.

+ Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying analytical results clearly and effectively in both oral and written formats.

+ Detail-oriented, well-organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

+ Ability to identify and implement process improvements within the finance department to streamline month-end close and forecasting processes.

+ Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and internal control procedures.
