Finance Specialist

Overview of the Organization and Role

Carrier, a leading provider of innovative building and cold chain solutions, is on the lookout for a talented Finance professional to enhance their finance team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the financial operations by providing insightful analysis and comprehensive reporting.

Primary Duties:

• Assist in the development of budgets and forecasting models
• Evaluate factory performance and spearhead productivity enhancement initiatives
• Generate financial statements and conduct variance assessments
• Uphold compliance with GAAP standards and internal financial controls
• Provide analytical support to plant management for various projects

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance

Desirable Qualifications:

• MA/MS degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Hyperion Financial Management
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Capacity to recognize and implement process enhancements
