Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and performing other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for guests.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays.
  • Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the store's operations.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
  • Ability to accurately handle cash register operations.
  • Ability to climb up and down ladders.
  • Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
