RN Quality Assurance Specialist

At South Central Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled RN Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the quality team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement initiatives and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
- Current RN license in the state of Mississippi
- Experience in quality improvement and data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer software and data analysis tools
This position requires occasional climbing of stairs, standing, lifting, and bending. The incumbent will also be required to use a computer and other office equipment.
