Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Between 5 and 8 years of total practice experience and a strong relevant focus.
  • Strong SEC filings and public company corporate experience.
  • J.D. from a top 50 US law school (or foreign equivalent).
  • Active law license (or ability to get one) in Texas.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant AmLaw100 firm training.
  • Great business, risk, and legal judgment and the ability to work flexibly with a variety of teams.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work hard and have fun.
Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with the market.
