About the Role
As an Account Manager with Accordance Search Group, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This challenging yet rewarding position offers the perfect blend of autonomy, challenge, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing client locations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and goals

Responsibilities and Requirements
• Meet or exceed weekly sales call targets, demonstrating a high level of productivity and efficiency
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expansion
• Possess a strong understanding of the audiologic industry and its trends, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year, plus up to $50,000 in variable commissions, resulting in an OTE of $140,000 - $145,000 or more
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan for retirement savings
