Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at our newest store location. This key role will drive business results, direct team talent, support the store leadership team, and ensure delivery of the legendary L.L Inc. customer experience within an outdoor lifestyle concept retail store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business results by analyzing sales trends, understanding wins, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and improve service metrics.
  • Direct team talent by supporting and training associates, communicating standards and processes, company policies, and procedures.
  • Support the store leadership team by facilitating all new hire product training modules, developing a strategy and execution plan for delivering all seasonal product training materials, and maintaining and managing all employee-facing communication.
  • Ensure delivery of the legendary L.L Inc. customer experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient stock room, managing inbound freight processing, and executing all aspects of omni-channel business.
  • Model safe behaviors, evaluate risk, and ensure that risks are reduced to acceptable levels, and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by following all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent with at least 2+ years of retail experience in a relevant retailer.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively to achieve goals.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others, maintain a high level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude, and demonstrate interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and mobility to relocate.
