As integral members of the Bob's Discount Furniture team, Product Support Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring that our Stores receive and prepare merchandise in alignment with the Company's core values and creative vision. This position is essential in assisting Stores to meet their Sales targets. The primary responsibility of a Product Support Specialist is to collaborate with Store Management and Visual Merchandising to uphold warehouse safety, showroom merchandising standards, receiving and inventory protocols, and to execute daily back-end operations in accordance with established Company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and ship (load and unload) merchandise while adhering to Company guidelines to minimize shrinkage
  • Prepare Showroom and/or Outlet for incoming merchandise in line with Visual guidelines
  • Carefully assemble merchandise, ensuring minimal damage
  • Coordinate and prepare unsold merchandise for shipping
  • Facilitate customer product pickups in accordance with Company protocols
  • Assist in conducting inventory as needed
  • Exhibit The Bob's Way in all customer interactions
  • Maintain safety standards at Bob's Discount Furniture
  • Contribute to a clean back-end (warehouse/stock room) and Showroom environment
  • Assist with Café duties as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule, including nights, weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays for Full Time, either/or for Part Time), and most holidays
  • Ability to work collaboratively within Teams and follow directions
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Effective communication skills and appropriate use of communication tools
  • Physical ability to move and lift objects
  • Commitment to contributing to the Store's overall success

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentives, Bonuses, etc. Opportunities:

$16.00 per hour
