We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to lead our newest outlet location in Southington, CT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business results, developing talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with district managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience.

  • Manage store expenses, inventory, and assets to achieve budget goals.

Requirements

  • 2-year associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in an outdoor lifestyle company.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
