Position Overview:

The Machine Builder role requires a skilled individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision. This position involves handling projects of medium complexity, where a solid foundation of knowledge is essential. The quality of work produced should consistently meet established expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize proficient assembly techniques to support the project team in addressing any concerns or challenges.
  2. Oversee the installation of machinery throughout all stages, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  3. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.
  4. Meet project deadlines while managing ongoing issues effectively.
  5. Comprehend and implement safety and environmental protocols, identifying potential hazards.
  6. Demonstrate the ability to interpret and utilize project timelines efficiently.
  7. Commit to the Quality System and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Maintain regular attendance as a critical function of this role.
  9. Provide weekly updates on the E-BOM summary to the Mechanical Supervisor.
  10. Exhibit basic welding capabilities and possess personal tools and PPE.
  11. Show proficiency in rigging and crane operations.

Note: This position is essential for ensuring the successful assembly and installation of machinery, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the operations.
