We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Aqua Tots Swim School - Aqua Tots Farmington Hills, LLC. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop their water safety skills and enhance their swimming abilities.
  • Create and implement lesson plans, conduct group and individual lessons, and provide constructive feedback to students and their parents.
  • Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area and maintain a clean and organized teaching environment.

Requirements:

  • A passion for swimming and a positive attitude.
  • The ability to work well with children and provide outstanding customer service.
  • No prior teaching experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all new instructors.
