We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Aqua Tots Swim School - Aqua Tots Novi, LLC. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students every day.

Job Summary:

As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop their water safety skills and enhance their swimming abilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting group and individual lessons, and providing constructive feedback to students and their parents.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Conduct group and individual lessons, providing constructive feedback to students and their parents
  • Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area
  • Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment

Requirements:

  • Passion for swimming and working with children
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with children
  • No prior teaching experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all new instructors
  • Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)
