We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Aqua Tots Swim School in Fort Lauderdale. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching children of all ages and skill levels how to swim in a fun and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to help students develop their water safety skills and enhance their swimming abilities
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents
  • Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area
  • Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment

Requirements:

  • Passion for swimming and working with children
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with children
  • No prior teaching experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all new instructors
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
