The Provost's Office at Auburn University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the Curriculum Management Coordinator role. This position will be responsible for coordinating the University-wide curriculum process and the University Bulletin within Courseleaf software, ensuring that all content has received appropriate approvals.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating the student information system with approved course changes or additions, and ensuring that the University Bulletin is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the Bulletin process, including monitoring changes and proofing the Bulletin prior to submission
- Coordinate with departments for changes in faculty
- Respond to inquiries relative to the curricular process and procedures
- Enter course information into Banner forms when it is approved, and ensure that the course information is reflected correctly in the Bulletin
- Prepare correspondence relative to submission of curriculum materials necessary for approvals at higher levels
- Modify workflows as needed
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 2 years of experience in a higher education institution, with a focus on curriculum management and development
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Courseleaf and Banner
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
