Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Lake Worth, FL. This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing new and current accounts, working closely with clients to add additional account revenue, and managing accounts in conjunction with the sales team.
About the RoleThis is a client-facing position that requires strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. You will be responsible for:
- Managing new and current accounts
- Working closely with clients to add additional account revenue
- Managing accounts in conjunction with the sales team
- Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with clients
- Serving as the client's voice within Buyers Edge Platform
- Keeping organized for both internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively anticipating customer needs and identifying potential issues
- Creating recommendations and facilitating action for resolution
- Identifying opportunities for potential upsell
- Organizing and conducting onboarding of clients
- Working together with the VP of Client Relations to build and maintain client relationships
- Maintaining timely follow-up for client requests
- Logging all activities, communication, and client data within CRM systems and databases
- Marketing new programs and services to clients
- Providing frequent updates on project progress
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of sales calling experience
- 4-year Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with the ability to rent a car
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- A strong sense of urgency
- Strong ability to adapt to change
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:
