Customer Success Manager, Spanish Language Expert

At Mastercard, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager, Spanish Language Expert to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support for their digital optimization needs.
The ideal candidate will have a native or business-level proficiency in Spanish, as well as 3-8 years of experience in digital consultation or analytics. They will also have Fortune 1000 client-facing experience as a CSM, preferably. Additionally, they should possess a B.A./B.S. degree in an analytical/economic/business management discipline.
This role requires excellent quantitative and qualitative thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in an ambiguous environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and demonstrate empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs.
Key responsibilities include helping clients operationalize onsite testing and personalization best practices, evangelizing adoption of the DY solution, ensuring appropriate resources are dedicated both internally and externally to meet/exceed project and customer expectations, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and their DY personalization program.
In terms of compensation, the estimated annual salary for this role is between $95,000 and $120,000, depending on location and experience.
