Agency Relationship Specialist

USG Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agency Relationship Specialist to join our national Agency Relationship Management team. This role will be based in our Canonsburg, Pennsylvania office and will play a critical part in driving new business and educating agents on our quoting platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with current and prospective retail agency clients to provide updates on our products and assist with their current business needs.
  • Collaborate with the National Production teams on sales opportunities with targeted agencies.
  • Make outbound telephone calls to drive business and relationships.
  • Manage the national agency development and retention strategy.
  • Assist branch offices with a local retail agency marketing strategy.
  • Monitor company performance against service level agreements and identify potential issues through client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Work closely with Business Development to develop and implement new methods of growing our business.
Requirements:
  • Persistent and results-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with retail customers.
  • Creative and energetic individual with a strong desire to learn.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Power Point, and Word.
  • Ability to work in teams and give/receive constructive criticism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related major.
