  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve collective sales targets and goals.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Door-to-Door Sales Experience: Minimum of one year.
  • Effective Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Essential.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Must be able to work independently and motivate oneself.
  • Computer and Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems, POS systems, and other relevant software applications.
  • Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to Work Full-Time: Required.
