Job Summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Door Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing commercial entry door hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and repair commercial entry door hardware to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Install new door hardware and perform maintenance requests to meet customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to sell and quote products/services to customers, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that job sites are clean and clear of debris.
  • Provide exceptional customer service on every job, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. independently, with the capacity to bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.
  • 1 year of commercial automatic door experience preferred, with expertise in small motors and hand tools.
  • Must be mechanically and technically inclined, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
