The Customer Service Representative - Branch Operations is an entry-level position at Citigroup Inc. responsible for delivering exceptional client-facing services and processing transactions in a fast-paced branch environment.

• Effectively manage client issues and concerns, escalating when necessary.

• Maintain a working knowledge of client accounts, new and existing products, and services.

• Demonstrate sound judgment in assessing risk when making business decisions.

**Requirements:**

• Previous relevant experience is preferred.

• Proven sales and customer service experience.

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures.

• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

**Education:**

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

The salary range for this position is approximately $22.50 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek and location in Clovis, California. This figure is subject to change based on individual circumstances and may vary for part-time employees.
