Broker Support Specialist

The Broker Support Associate will be working closely with healthcare professionals and insurance agencies, responding to their various needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with current agency and broker clients to address their inquiries and concerns.

- Onboard new agency and broker partners, providing them with necessary training and support.
- Appoint and unappoint agents as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Update expired documents monthly to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Develop and create marketing materials to promote our healthcare services.
- Update the sales and enrollment portal regularly to reflect changes and updates.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Verify eligibility and review production reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the inside support requirements of multiple inquiries from agency and broker partners.
- Maintain relationships with brokers, answering their inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Research and provide resolution to complex inquiries that require further investigation.
- Provide training and guidance to brokers on our products, services, processes, and available tools.
- Review production reports to identify gaps, rapid disenrollment rates, and daily tracking of agency and agent activity.
- Participate in and represent our company in a professional manner at broker-related trainings.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate interdepartmentally as needed to provide pertinent information for presentation events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of at least 3 years in the healthcare industry.
- 1-3 years of technical experience.
- 1+ years of leadership experience.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- This role requires a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
- Active Health Insurance License.
