Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Coordinator to join our team at Providence Life Services. As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of software and hardware issues
  • Assist with account creation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed
  • Document and track customer service requests and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a technical support or help desk role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and technical support tools
