Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team at PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our airport locations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate airport operations, including cash handling and accountability procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of airport personnel to achieve exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit and loss statements and customer invoices
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to airport personnel
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 18 years of age and valid State Driver's License
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular, predictable attendance at the airport location. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
