Job Title: Post Production Supervisor, TV

Inkitt is revolutionizing the entertainment industry by leveraging AI and predictive algorithms to discover unknown stories and turn them into blockbuster hits. As a Post Production Supervisor, TV, you will play a crucial role in managing our fast-paced, high-volume content pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage post-production for our unique 1-minute episode format
  • Oversee quality control for weekly episode releases
  • Coordinate with writers, directors, and editors to maintain story integrity in short-form content
  • Ensure all deliverables meet specifications for mobile and smart TV platforms
  • Manage post-production budgets and schedules for multiple concurrent series
  • Hire and supervise post-production staff
  • Implement innovative solutions for rapid turnaround of episodes
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of post-production supervision experience, preferably in digital or mobile content
  • Strong understanding of short-form content workflows
  • Experience with high-volume, quick-turnaround productions
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
  • Familiarity with mobile and smart TV delivery specifications
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
