About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Measurement Science team in driving innovation and excellence in ad effectiveness measurement. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of brand and agency sales, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and operational teams.

Your primary focus will be on our entertainment vertical, while also supporting additional sectors of the business. You will manage the measurement process from client ideation to implementation, addressing the unique needs and challenges of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements at the most senior level, engaging with C-Suite executives at publishers, brands, agencies, and ad tech platforms.
  • Partner with GTM teams and marketing to position Samba measurement capabilities and support Head of Measurement initiatives.
  • Drive strategy around cross-platform, attribution, and other innovative measurement methods.
  • Evangelize Samba data and measurement capabilities in client engagements, marketing efforts, and industry events.
  • Tell stories through data and create measurement learning agendas to grow client partnerships.
  • Develop comprehensive workflow documentation and lead a team of analytics professionals.
Requirements
  • BA/BS or MS in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years in ad effectiveness, media measurement, and guiding client actions based on data.
  • 2+ years of experience leading research delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated technical acumen and ability to influence and debate solutions with technical team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations and industry events.
  • Ability to develop keen client insight and actionable recommendations based on research, data, and industry trends.
  • Cross-functional solid leadership and ability to excite, influence, and align other teams to achieve goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $138,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and performance.
