About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Manager to join our TV and Media Solutions team at YouTube. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day digital operations for YouTube TV, Primetime Channels, and media-related products related to live monitoring and escalation management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day digital operations for YouTube TV, Primetime Channels, and media-related products
  • Design operational processes using streaming/broadcast expertise and apply tools and automation solutions for scale and growth
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and build the right operational processes and tooling investments
  • Forecast and plan for recurring operational and capital expenses
  • Support work on priority live events for YouTube
Requirements
  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 5 years of product operations, project management or equivalent experience, including 3 years of experience in the Media, OTT or media industry
  • Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field, 5 years of experience in managing vendor/contractors extended staff and running global and scaled operations

We offer a competitive salary range of $106,000-$156,000, bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
