Job Title: Experienced Ford Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ford Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team at Nucar Northern New England. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of sales employees, supervising sales efforts to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership, and analyzing salespeople's performances to increase closing percentages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the performance of sales employees
  • Supervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership
  • Monitor and analyze salespeople's performances and assist salespeople in closing deals
  • Work with the business manager to structure deals to maximize revenue
  • Communicate with sales managers and salespeople to ensure dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed
  • Realize monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and objectives for the department
  • Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory, features, and accessories, and how they benefit customers
  • Attend and conduct sales meetings and training on a daily basis
  • Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time more effectively
  • Know and understand federal, state, and local laws that govern retail auto sales
