Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
• Demonstrate features and options on all vehicles in inventory, highlighting the benefits and value of our products.
• Promote our service and finance department with buyers to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
• Perform vehicle delivery for buyers after a purchase has been completed, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
• Call prospective buyers to generate new business and drive sales growth.
