Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our team at Roers Companies LLC. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our multifamily real estate properties, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and driving business growth through effective leasing and operations strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve property performance goals, including occupancy rates and revenue growth.
- Maintain strong resident relations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing and showings, to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Direct property operations, including maintenance and repairs, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Supervise maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective completion of work orders and repairs.
- Manage rent collections and bank deposits, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Pursue delinquent rents and evictions in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise resident relations, enforcing community rules and regulations while providing excellent customer service.
- Work with the Regional Director to develop and monitor annual budget objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- 2+ years of management, leasing, and/or sales experience, preferably in the multifamily real estate industry.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service to residents.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, real estate, or hospitality.
- Experience with Yardi and RENTCafé, or similar property management software.
- Local market knowledge and experience, with a strong understanding of the housing market and trends.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with knowledge of internet, email, and social media marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact with residents, staff, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
- High integrity, with a strong sense of ethics and a commitment to doing what is right.
- Ability to perform the physical functions of the role, including walking the property, completing inspections, and driving a vehicle for outreach marketing.
