About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Roers Companies LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our multifamily properties, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal property condition
  • Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to resolve maintenance-related issues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in maintenance management, including supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights
