Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Roers Companies LLC. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our apartment communities by providing exceptional resident service, driving business growth, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve property performance goals set by management, including occupancy rates, rent collections, and resident satisfaction.
- Maintain strong resident relations by responding to concerns, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
- Oversee the leasing process, including showings, applications, and lease renewals.
- Direct property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
- Supervise maintenance staff to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage rent collections, including delinquency follow-up and eviction proceedings.
- Enforce community rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable living environment for residents.
- Work with the Regional Director to develop and monitor annual budget objectives.
- 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or sales.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Yardi and RENTCafé experience preferred.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work every other weekend and Saturday during peak season.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of internet, email, and social media as it pertains to marketing the property.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Experience with marketing and leasing initiatives for new developments preferred.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have good time management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, understanding that your scheduled workdays may vary according to staffing and property needs.

- Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include walking the property, including up to 4 flights of stairs, to complete physical inspections, deliver resident communications, show apartments, and drive a vehicle to visit area businesses for outreach marketing.
