About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager at Taco Bell. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability, ensuring that our restaurant operates within budget and meets our financial goals.
  • Ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers alike.
  • Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seeking help when needed and guiding others to achieve our goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift time.
