Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to fuel growth and optimize talent.
  • Provide thought leadership and partnership to create scalable approaches to employee development and career growth.
  • Build robust succession plans to inspire talent and fuel growth.

Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years leading a human resources team.
  • 3-5 years of people management experience with a team of more than 2 people.

  • Demonstrated success employing creative solutions.
  • Evidence of executing on a people-first mindset.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and driving them towards success.
  • Experience driving diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Habit of continuous learning.
