RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma preferred, but not required.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in food service preferred, but not required.

Job Expectations:
- Must comply with all Department of Public Health Food Safety and Sanitation Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Dispose of garbage and recyclables in the kitchen area.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment thoroughly.
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize pots and pans effectively.
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines to wash, rinse, sanitize, and store dishes, flatware, and utensils.
- Transport food and supplies to various locations within the facility.
- Assist in other aspects of food service operations as needed, based on abilities and training.
- Adhere to established safety protocols, ensuring all work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of a high school education or equivalent is required.
