About the Role

As a Lead Development Representative, you'll be responsible for qualifying leads and generating pipeline for our Small/Mid-size and Enterprise Sales Teams. You'll be the front line for presenting Five9 to prospects, and your success will lead to career opportunities in other areas of the sales organization and company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Provide top-notch service to all inbound leads expressing interest in Five9 via multiple channels.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Qualify prospects based on established criteria and gather critical sales intelligence.
  • Build Relationships: Develop rapport with prospects by anticipating needs and understanding unique customer environments.
  • Communicate Effectively: Articulate the Five9 value proposition by phone and email.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Proactively provide focused feedback on sales tools, prospect intelligence, and marketing campaign results.
