About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative - Team Lead to help drive growth within our organization. As a Business Development Representative - Team Lead, you will be responsible for discovering training needs and providing coaching to the team. You will also provide daily objectives and motivate the team to achieve monthly targets. Additionally, you will suggest and coordinate team building activities, oversee day-to-day operations, and maintain documentation. You will monitor team performance and report on metrics to the Director. You will also prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to relevant individuals and organizations. You will schedule qualified, online demonstrations on a consistent basis, with monthly bonuses awarded for exceeding your goals. You will partner with Account Executives to support sales cycle success and drive urgency. You will use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account details and contact information. You will also participate in regular training on Sales, CRM, Target Markets, Product Knowledge, and more. About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1-year experience in a similar role. You should have experience with outbound cold-outreach, a deep interest in performance-based roles, relevant work experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role, a capacity and history of setting and achieving measurable goals, ability to build relationships with senior-level professionals, and to work well under pressure. You should also have an entrepreneurial and innovative personality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective problem solving, time management, and organization skills, intellectual curiosity, along with a competitive spirit. A college graduate or about to graduate college is preferred.
