Job SummaryAt Interurban Suites Hotel, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly and professionally, checking them in and out efficiently, handling reservations and inquiries, and providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities. You will also be responsible for resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and assisting with other front desk duties as needed. If you possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Handle reservations, inquiries, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with other front desk duties as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required
