Key Responsibilities:
Scout emerging and established talent in the Nashville music scene and beyond
Source, negotiate, and close merchandise deals that deliver positive financial and strategic results for Merch Traffic
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, artists, artist managers, music executives, and colleagues
Develop long-term strategic plans for client merchandise portfolios
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the artist merchandise business
Proven leadership in high-pressure environments
Advanced negotiation skills
Strong analytical and financial acumen
