About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Ally Dealership Insurance. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing new accounts and retaining and expanding existing accounts in the Greater Houston area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance product line to targeted goals
  • Closing sales by building rapport with key decision makers within target accounts
  • Developing sales plan and effectively managing resources to maximize return on expenditures
  • Servicing current customers by maintaining rapport, making regular visits, and evaluating customer's needs for new opportunities
  • Identifying non-P&C opportunities and coordinating with the Account Executives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of successful B2B/Outside Sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Ability to develop business relationships with dealer principles and decision makers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Sales training experience desired
