{"Job Title": "Community Educator", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly motivated Community Educator to join our team at Carle Health. As a Community Educator, you will play a critical role in creating awareness and education about the importance of Naloxone in our community. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement Naloxone education materials for clients, employees, and community participants. You will also assist with the distribution of Naloxone, perform education, and assist with data collection. Additionally, you will work with the Wellness Manager to develop yearly strategic plans and evaluate wellness educational materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develops, implements, and evaluates Naloxone education materials for clients, employees, and community participants.
* Assists with the distribution of Naloxone and performs education.
* Assists with data collection and provides recommendations to clients after reviewing health screening results.
* Works with the Program Manager to ensure insurance coverage for events.
* Develops and presents Naloxone education topics to employees and community participants.
* Creates or revises one new education program annually.

**Requirements:**

* Valid IL Driver's License
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Multicultural sensitivity
* Critical thinking skills and ability to make decisions independently
