We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Care Specialist to join our team at HearingLife. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care and aftercare services to patients, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and education on best practices.
  • Perform routine checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Grow your patient population and meet practice financial goals while maintaining ethical practice standards.
  • Participate in local community outreach initiatives, including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories, and maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods.
  • Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations.

Requirements
  • An active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
