Lead Service Engineer for Cybersecurity Solutions

Position Overview:

The Principal Service Engineer IS, Service Owner will oversee our secure, Cybersecurity Maturity Model (CMMC) 2.0 compliant hosting environment. This role serves as the primary liaison among Providence infrastructure services, third-party hosting partners, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for coordination between various teams.
  • Collaborate with enterprise security and infrastructure teams to uphold Providence's operational and architectural standards for all deployments.
  • Monitor the performance of hosting partners against established SLAs and conduct regular business reviews to ensure service expectations are met.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in automation related to deployment and recovery processes.
  • Proficient in n-tier solutions and resilience modeling.
  • Ability to influence engineering teams in translating customer and technical requirements into effective service architecture.
  • Experience in leading discussions to prioritize Live Site requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills in utilizing data and metrics for decision-making.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing security frameworks such as CMMC or NIST.
  • Background in a healthcare environment.
