Job Summary

C-1 Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and drive customer retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute a business plan
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
