Job Summary

Under the direction of the AccessPlus Team Lead, the Personal Lines Sales Mentor is responsible for distributing quotes and bind requests to other AccessPlus team members, and quoting and writing new business accounts on behalf of member agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keep track of submission requests on Sales Force, ensuring timely distribution of quotes based on mentorship assignments.
  • Review new business applications or bind requests for completeness, identifying and proactively contacting responsible member agents to obtain missing information.
  • Finalize quotes online with appropriate companies or submit to carriers, forwarding quotes as received to ISM for review.
  • Issue policies through insurance carriers' websites upon receipt of complete bind requests.
  • Actively engage and mentor new agents on application completion, insurance products, and companies offering those products.
  • Meet and exceed submission goals, adhering to time standards on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits for bind confirmations, assisting in planning and implementing ongoing training initiatives for member agents.
  • Coordinate meetings for member agents, proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to assess and meet information needs.
  • Assist with content creation and rough drafts on marketing materials, successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
