We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Lines Producer to excel in sales and service. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential clients, generating new business, and providing exceptional service to our existing clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial lines market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Analyze and assess potential risks to determine suitable coverage options for clients.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure competitive and comprehensive coverage for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred not required).
  • Proven track record in commercial insurance sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various commercial insurance products and coverage options.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant industry tools.
  • Possess necessary licensing or certifications as required by state regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
