Job Summary

Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Representative to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and internal teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
