About the Role

Empower Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our provider accounts are well-supported and satisfied, aligning directly with our values of people, service, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Possess detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical products and compounding, staying up to date on new products and regulatory changes.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate superior customer service and maintain relationships with assigned provider accounts.
  • Account Management: Monitor account sales metrics across the entire organization, updating each CRM profile with detailed and accurate information.
  • Communication: Maintain a minimum number of high-volume outgoing communications, following established sales operating procedures and best practices.
  • Sales Strategies: Implement planned sales strategies based on analytics and customer requests, communicating facts and never making invalidated claims.
  • Performance: Meet all performance expectations and regularly exceed sales goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in customer service, clinical administration, or related sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Genuine interest in pharmaceutical products related to wellness, quality of life, and hormone therapies. Ability to interact effectively with diverse customers via phone and email with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and experience with CRM software (Salesforce).
