- Manage work balance between calls and live chats to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, while maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze information, problems, and situations to develop effective solutions.
- Experience analyzing and solving customer problems, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to multitask independently and on a computer, and a proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team.
