Finance Rotational Program Specialist

Program Overview:
Southwire's Finance Rotational Program is a three-year development program designed to equip recent college graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in finance and accounting roles. The program provides a unique opportunity for participants to gain hands-on experience in various financial rotations, including operational accounting, financial planning and analysis, and commercial finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in four financial rotations: operational accounting, financial planning and analysis, and commercial finance in two divisions.
- Gain on-the-job and project work experience.
- Develop leadership skills and build meaningful relationships within Southwire.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting with an expected graduation in Fall 2024, Spring 2025, or Summer 2025.
- A well-rounded academic background with a preferred minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
- Relevant internship experience and/or leadership in school or community organizations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP and other data analytics tools is a plus.
