Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Field CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our team as a Comprehensive Care Coordinator.
In this role, you will work closely with our staff and clients to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality care services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing in-field training to CNAs in client homes to assure tasks are being performed correctly and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluating employees in the absence of the RN Clinical Manager and reporting any concerns to management.
- Reviewing clients' Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and care notes with employees when needed.
- Communicating with new clients regarding various duties SAH CNAs can perform within our license and educating staff on the safest and most efficient ways to perform tasks.
- Attending Job Fairs and participating in client and employee recruitment efforts.
- Working full-time as a CNA for SAH while performing FCNA duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- At least 2 years of experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in home care.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
- Paid time off (PTO) accrued at 1 hour per 35 hours worked, not to exceed 40 hours in a calendar year.
